At VEDAKSH JYOTISH SEWA SANSTHAN, we strive to provide a positive experience for our customers and offer a flexible cancellation policy. Please review our policy below:

 

  1. Cancellation Requests:
    • Cancellations are allowed if requested within 7 days of placing the order.
    • Orders that have already been processed and communicated to the vendors/merchants and are in the shipping phase may not be eligible for cancellation.
  2. Non-Cancellable Items:
    • We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable goods such as flowers, eatables, etc.
    • Refunds or replacements for these items can be considered only if the delivered product is proven to be of poor quality.
  3. Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
    • The request will be processed after verification by the merchant at their end.
  4. Products Not as Described:
    • If you believe the product you received differs from what was displayed on our site or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
    • After reviewing your complaint, our team will make a decision on the next steps.
  5. Products with Manufacturer’s Warranty:
    • For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please directly contact the manufacturer for assistance.
  6. Refund Processing:
    • For any refunds approved by VEDAKSH JYOTISH SEWA SANSTHAN, please allow 6-8 business days for the amount to be credited back to the original payment method.
