Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellations are allowed if requested within 7 days of placing the order.
- Orders that have already been processed and communicated to the vendors/merchants and are in the shipping phase may not be eligible for cancellation.
Non-Cancellable Items:
- We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable goods such as flowers, eatables, etc.
- Refunds or replacements for these items can be considered only if the delivered product is proven to be of poor quality.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
- The request will be processed after verification by the merchant at their end.
Products Not as Described:
- If you believe the product you received differs from what was displayed on our site or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
- After reviewing your complaint, our team will make a decision on the next steps.
Products with Manufacturer’s Warranty:
- For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please directly contact the manufacturer for assistance.
Refund Processing:
- For any refunds approved by VEDAKSH JYOTISH SEWA SANSTHAN, please allow 6-8 business days for the amount to be credited back to the original payment method.
