How to Wear:
On a Thursday Morning wash the Kavach with Holy Gangajal and ghee. Apply sandalwood paste or Roli, worship with incense (Dhoop) and a lamp (Deep), and attach it to a gold or silver chain, or Yellow Thread . While wearing the Kavach, chant the following mantra 108 times.
