How to Wear:
On a Wednesday morning, wash the Kavach with holy Gangajal and ghee.

Apply sandalwood paste or roli, and perform a ritual with incense (dhoop) and a lamp (deep).

Attach it to a gold or silver chain, or a yellow thread, and wear it while reciting the following mantra 108 times.
